The Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) - US auto insurance company wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. GEICO is fast growing company with more than nine million policy holders. GEICO provide auto insurance in the District of Columbia and in all 50 US states. GEICO was founded in 1936 in Fort Worth, TX.
Safe Auto Insurance Company
Safe Auto Insurance Company is located in Columbus, Ohio. It was established in 1993 by Jon Diamond and Ari Deshe. The company operates in 14 states and offers minimum liability auto insurance to its customers as well as collision and comprehensive insurance. The company was started in 1898 under the name Farmer's Mutual Insurance until it merged with Butteville Insurance in 1962. The name was changed in 1966. This company carries auto insurance which covers camper, trailers, motor homes and motorcycles.
